Document Storage and Management
Dropbox - Free
Dropbox provides file storage that syncs documents among all devices linked to your dropbox account including pc, ipad, and smartphone. Please note that "private" or "confidential" work-related documents should not be stored in dropbox or other cloud services. Please review the college's Data Security policy.
Please note that the Messiah College Data Security Policy must be followed for all document storage. "No confidential or private College data can be stored on a non-College owned system."
Genius Scan - Free
Genius Scan turns your iPhone or ipad into a scanner. Scan documents and email them in JPEG or PDF format. This can be used to scan receipts for the corporate visa card reconciliation.
Reminders - Installed
The reminders app is already on your ipad. It can set reminders and to do lists based on date or location. This article explains more about the app.
Evernote - Free
Evernote can help you remember almost anything. Create notes, upload documents, websites, or photos. Create lists based on projects or courses, or simply to-do or to-read.
Flipboard - Free
