Circulation: Request Library Videos for Class (Educators)

Educators can submit an online form requesting DVDs currently in Murray Library's collection that they would like to show to their class at a future date. This ensures the availability of the item for when it is needed. 

Go to FalconLink and select the Request Library Videos for Class (Educators) card. Once the Circulation Department receives the form, the DVD will be put on hold for the educator. After receiving an email that the DVD is on the hold shelf, the educator can then check out the DVD at the Circulation Desk. Please allow 1 week for processing your request.

Streaming Videos

For information about streaming videos, please visit https://libguides.messiah.edu/streamingvideo.

Most, but not all, streaming videos are findable in Primo. Notable exceptions include Seank, Digital Theatre Plus, and Kanopy. They are not searchable in Primo.

Helpful Reminders

You may place DVDs on course reserve for your students to view for assignments.

The library has a limited number of portable DVD players that can be borrowed by patrons. The library also has a viewing station for viewing VHS, DVD, and Blu-Ray films. See the Circulation Desk for details.
